Meditation - Trigger to Blessing
This meditation is for when you have been triggered by an external circumstance, person or event. When you have given away your power and dropped your frequency, take a pause and give yourself some time to seek out the broken belief that has been triggered. We use the trigger as an opportunity to heal even more deeply. The more we practice this, the quicker we can return to the truth; that we are enough, the pain melts away and in its place, a sense of clarity, relief and peace.
